momotogo

momotogo is a momo-special cloud kitchen based in Indore. They've branches across Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai and extending to Bengaluru and other cities as well.

They take pride in making traditional momos and use authentic spices imported from Nepal. The brief was to build a fun, quirky brand and communicate brand USPs in a distinct format. They also believe in using sustainable packaging.

Keeping the brief in mind we created a logo inspired by the outline map of Nepal contrasted with techno colours and a bold design language. The packaging is created to reduce the number of layers and combining the bag and box into a single package (our effort to reduce waste) The package form was inspired by the classic way of eating momos (dipping the momo in a bowl filled with chutney). Overall the USPs were communicated using vibrant stickers to keep it playful.
